Since 1993 the RACQUETMAXX Team has provided on-site racquet services for many prestigious professional tournaments, some of which are listed below. We have serviced the racquets of most of the top professional players on the ATP and WTA Tours.

 The focus of our “on-site” tournament team is to provide the very best quality of racquet service to the players, while also eliminating the hassle and work for the tournament staff. Racquet service is vitally important to the touring professional player. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff provide the consistency and excellent workmanship that the players expect. Our team consists of Master Racquet Technicians with many years of experience working with professional players. Our experience ensures that your event will be handled with the best service possible and the players will receive the most accurate, consistent, and on-time service available anywhere.

Our team members have completed an exhaustive training program including being certified by the U.S. Racquet Stringers Association as Master Racquet Technicians. Each technician has experience working with touring professional and tournament settings to provide the very best service for your tournament. You will not find a more experienced, professional staff to handle your on-site stringing operation.

The RACQUETMAXX Experience!

Our normal operating procedure for our on-site team is to be set up and ready to work well in advance of the start of the tournament. We are there for the players from practice through the final point of the Championship match. Our daily schedule is dictated by the players schedule. As a minimum, we are working at least 2 hours prior to the start of play and remain on-site and ready until the end of play each day. In other words, if the players are practicing or playing we are there and ready.

We bring all the equipment and supplies we need including the latest state-of-the-art Babolat Stringing Machines and Racquet Diagnostic Computer. We provide a full array of racquet services in addition to stringing. Additionally, we handle all the paperwork and payment for our services directly with the players. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express and have a computerized system in place that insures that all work is done in a professional manner and that racquets are always ready when promised. The tournament furnishes us with an adequate, secured workspace that is convenient for the players and we do the rest!
